At LSI, we have a full staff of Designers and Sales People to manage your account.  We have the experience to create a new design for your project with the latest 3-D computer design software or work with a design you already have.

LSI has an entire department set up to provide  lawn maintenance, shrub bed maintenance and entire property maintenance. All related services like Turf Fertilization, Aeration and Shrub Trimming  are taken care within this department as well. 

LSI has the ability to Install small projects as well as providing entire site development services. We posses ALL the staffing, equipment and support vehicles to complete EVERY size of project. 

LSI has a FULL department dedicated to Irrigation Installation and Service.  We can fully design your new system, install it and maintain it.  There is a full office staff on hand to answer your calls and to schedule appointments for service.  We provide a text reminding service for your appointments if you request.

 LSI truly excels when winter weather begins.  We service ALL size properties with over 80 Plow Vehicles, 40 De-Icer Vehicles, 30 Front Loaders and most every other type of support vehicle.  LSI has multiple hub locations within Metropolitan Detroit, each fully stocked with De-Icing Materials to insure timely responses whenever activity is necessary.  We have our own on site mechanical shop, fully staffed and equipped as well as mobile service trucks to keep the fleet operational.

LSI has over 20 years of experience in exterior Holiday Decorating services.  We have an experienced staff, facilities to coordinate materials as well as vehicles including bucket trucks and Off Road lift vehicles to install your decorations. 

LSI created CODE V over 15 years ago to work with Municipalities in enhancing their existing Code Enforcement Departments.   We work with Many Municipalities in Macomb County, Michigan, providing assistance with identifying violations, abating violations, assisting their current field staffs, assisting with administration and providing a comprehensive Rodent Control Program, unique to the industry, that has proven results.
